Restaurant Manager- Upscale Casual Dining
NOTE TO RECRUITERS:
- Do NOT use Indeed.com to source, as the client uses it and will probably already know the candidate
- The client point-of-contact is the gatekeeper for all the company's concepts. If she feels the applicant is better suited for their fast casual, QSR, casual, or full serve, they will also be considered for those concepts - THIS IS A GREAT PLUS!
- DO NOT include paragraphs to summarize the applicant on the cover letter. Anything important must be on the resume. The cover letter comments paragraph should only explain periods of unemployment.
- NO people with backward career movement or unemployed will be considered unless unemployed for maternity reasons. Also, McDonald's managers are NOT a good fit.
