About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our fast-food team!  If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we want to hear from you!

Assistant Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Lead and support team members to ensure exceptional customer service
• Supervise both drive-thru and dining room operations for speed and efficiency
• Train and develop staff to maintain high service and food quality standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally to enhance customer experience
• Support business growth by helping drive sales and operational excellence

Assistant Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Manager in a fast food, fast-casual, or quick-service (QSR) restaurant
• Experience managing drive-thru and dining room operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of labor cost management, inventory, and basic restaurant financials
• A passion for team development and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
