About the opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing strong teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

General Manager responsibilities include:
  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service
  • Drive sales growth, guest satisfaction, and profitability
  • Manage and develop a team of 30–60+ employees, including managers and hourly staff
  • Maintain labor, food cost, and controllable expenses within budget targets
  • Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and accountability
  • Ensure execution of brand standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
  • Analyze P&L statements and implement strategies to improve performance
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency


General Manager candidates must possess the following:
  • A minimum of 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant ($3M+ preferred)
  • Strong background in scratch kitchen or fresh food concepts
  • Hands on BOH experience is a must
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Solid understanding of P&L, labor management, and cost controls
  • High energy, hands-on leadership style
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
