SOUS CHEF

Locally owned restaurant group now hiring for Sous Chef for our upscale, from scratch concepts. We are deeply about our employees and great food! The qualified candidate should also be passionate about food, food trends, and guest service.

Qualifications for the Sous Chef:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a from scratch, high volume kitchen in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Passionate about food and new food trends.
  • Train, develop, and coach line cooks, prep cooks, etc.
  • Ability to work days / nights / weekends / holidays.
  • Hands-on culinary role. Will cook, work the line, expo daily
  •  Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
  • Good attitude - friendly, well spoken, team focused.
