We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team in our popular Fast Casual Restaurant. Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management

  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and financial performance to maximize profitability

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with company values

  • Address customer feedback and concerns professionally to enhance guest satisfaction

  • Implement company initiatives to drive sales, efficiency, and growth

Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and food cost management

  • Passion for hospitality and providing top-tier customer service

  • Ability to work a 5-day workweek, including nights and weekends as needed
