Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
• Hire, onboard, train, and retain team members to brand standards
• Create schedules and staffing plans aligned to sales and labor goals
• Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence, and local marketing efforts
• Manage P&L performance, sales growth, labor, food, and controllable costs
• Ensure compliance with operational systems, food safety, and company policies
• Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep
• Analyze performance trends and execute action plans for improvement
• Resolve guest and team concerns professionally and effectively

• A minimum of 5 years of high-volume restaurant General Manager experience
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong financial acumen and cost control experience
• Positive, energetic, hands-on leadership style
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Flexible schedule with ability to work varied shifts
• Basic computer proficiency
