About our client:

Own the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Maintain full accountability for P&L results, budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting

Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop a strong, engaged team

Create a fun, casual, and inclusive work environment while consistently delivering outstanding guest service

Lead with passion and hands-on commitment by building positive relationships with team members and guests, upholding cleanliness standards, and stepping in wherever needed

Actively engage with and support the local community through outreach and involvement
We would love to talk with people who have these qualifications:

A minimum of 2–3+ years of experience in a General Manager role within quick-service or full-service restaurant environments

Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

Advanced knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced settings
-
Experience measuring employee performance, setting expectations, and driving accountability

Proven ability to create, implement, and execute business plans to achieve operational and financial goals
