$65,000-$75,000 plus monthly bonus

• Own the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the restaurant

• Maintain full accountability for P&L results, budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop a strong, engaged team

• Create a fun, casual, and inclusive work environment while consistently delivering outstanding guest service

• Lead with passion and hands-on commitment by building positive relationships with team members and guests, upholding cleanliness standards, and stepping in wherever needed

• Actively engage with and support the local community through outreach and involvement

• A minimum of 2–3+ years of experience in a General Manager role within quick-service or full-service restaurant environments

• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

• Advanced knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced settings

• Experience measuring employee performance, setting expectations, and driving accountability

• Proven ability to create, implement, and execute business plans to achieve operational and financial goals
