We’re hiring Restaurant Managers who lead with energy and accountability while putting people first. This role supports daily operations, team development, and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-tier guest service
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee inventory, vendor relations, and cost management
- Analyze financial reports to optimize profitability
- Create efficient staff schedules to enhance service & labor management
- Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Participate in local marketing and community engagement efforts
- Uphold brand standards and operational excellence
Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:
- 1+ year restaurant management experience (QSR or high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Guest-focused and team-oriented
- Understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and food cost management
- Passion for hospitality and providing top-tier customer service
- Ability to work a 5-day workweek, including nights and weekends as needed
