$18.00- $18.75 plus bonus

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:
  • Assist the General Manager with overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and a positive guest experience
  • Support the training, coaching, and development of team members to build a strong and capable staff
  • Help cultivate a fun, energetic, and team-oriented work environment while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
  • Demonstrate genuine passion for both employees and guests by building strong relationships, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and jumping in wherever needed to support the team
 
We would love to talk with people who have these qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within quick-service or full-service restaurant environments
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience evaluating team performance and providing constructive coaching and feedback
