Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities include:
- Lead day-to-day store operations and opening/closing routines
- Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent guest service
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and waste
- Monitor sales, cash handling, and basic P&L performance
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Restaurant General Manager candidates must possess:
- 1+ years of current experience as a Restaurant Store Manager (QSR preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, organized, and hands-on leadership style
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- New restaurant opening experience a plus
