Restaurant General Manager

$50,000- $60,000 plus bonus

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Lead day-to-day store operations and opening/closing routines
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent guest service
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members
  • Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and waste
  • Monitor sales, cash handling, and basic P&L performance
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Restaurant General Manager candidates must possess:

  • 1+ years of current experience as a Restaurant Store Manager (QSR preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable, organized, and hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • New restaurant opening experience a plus
