Join a growing company with exciting opportunities for advancement! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations in our upscale casual full-service restaurant.  This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-energy, guest-focused company dedicated to culinary excellence and team development.

Kitchen Manager responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards

  • Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen staff to maximize efficiency and teamwork

  • Manage kitchen schedules, labor costs, and inventory to control expenses

  • Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations

  • Ensure a smooth and organized kitchen operation, even in high-volume situations

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and executive team to create and execute menu innovations

  • Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste reduction strategies to maximize profitability

  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and professional kitchen environment

Kitchen Manager candidates must possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef experience in an upscale full-service restaurant

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards

  • Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and inventory efficiently

  • Passion for culinary excellence, team leadership, and restaurant growth

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining organization and quality

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
