Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include:
- Full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a single QSR restaurant
- Lead, schedule, coach, and support team members; assist with training and performance issues as needed
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards are consistently followed
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall facility upkeep
- Execute and support sales initiatives, promotions, and brand programs
- Drive local store marketing efforts and actively engage with the surrounding community
- Support additional operational tasks as needed to ensure a smooth-running, successful restaurant
Restaurant General Manager candidates must possess:
- Proven experience managing a restaurant with annual sales of $1.0M or higher
- At least 2 years of current salaried management experience in a restaurant environment
- Minimum age of 21
- Open availability and flexibility to meet business needs
- Demonstrated job stability with solid tenure in current and prior roles
- Consistent work history with no more than 3–4 positions over the past 10 years
