Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include:

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a single QSR restaurant
• Lead, schedule, coach, and support team members; assist with training and performance issues as needed
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards are consistently followed
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall facility upkeep
• Execute and support sales initiatives, promotions, and brand programs
• Drive local store marketing efforts and actively engage with the surrounding community
• Support additional operational tasks as needed to ensure a smooth-running, successful restaurant

• Proven experience managing a restaurant with annual sales of $1.0M or higher
• At least 2 years of current salaried management experience in a restaurant environment
• Minimum age of 21
• Open availability and flexibility to meet business needs
• Demonstrated job stability with solid tenure in current and prior roles
• Consistent work history with no more than 3–4 positions over the past 10 years
