$245,000 to $375,000 Base Salary (Plus significant origination credits, performance bonuses, and a premier executive benefits package)
§ Schedule:
Full-time, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed

§ Duties:
The Junior Partner will lead complex domestic relations matters, serving as a primary counselor for high-profile individuals navigating intricate familial transitions.
⨖ Managing sophisticated matrimonial portfolios involving the valuation and equitable distribution of diverse assets, including closely-held businesses, private equity interests, and complex real estate holdings.
⨖ Orchestrating comprehensive litigation strategies for high-stakes custody disputes, alimony modifications, and pre-nuptial/post-nuptial contract negotiations.
⨖ Serving as a trusted advisor to a private client base, ensuring that matrimonial strategies align with broader wealth preservation and tax planning objectives.
⨖ Mentoring junior associates and contributing to the firm's strategic growth within the Fairfield County market.
⨖ Cultivating and expanding a personal book of business while collaborating with the firm’s trust and estates and corporate groups for cross-referral opportunities.
§ Qualifications
⨖ Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited institution with an exemplary academic record.
⨖ Active Bar License in good standing within the State of Connecticut.
⨖ Minimum of 7 to 10 years of dedicated experience in matrimonial and family law.
⨖ A portable book of business valued at a minimum of $500,000.
⨖ Extensive first-chair trial experience and a proven history of successful mediation and settlement negotiations.
§ Skills:
⨖ Advanced proficiency in financial forensic analysis and business valuation principles.
⨖ Strong local reputation and professional network within the Connecticut legal community.
⨖ Exceptional interpersonal skills tailored for high-stress, sensitive client advocacy.
⨖ Prior experience in a leadership or practice group management capacity.
