Responsibilities
• Perform and manage point-to-point wiring terminations, device checkouts, and drawing
markups.
• Assist in setup and installation of field devices based on project specifications and
schematics.
• Calibrate instrumentation and valve actuators and support field start-up activities.
• Conduct checkout and start-up of control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.) and network
components.
• Troubleshoot control systems at the network, controller, I/O, and device levels.
• Set up and maintain PC-based workstations used in automation environments.
• Provide technical support for customer contracts, including emergency services and
preventive maintenance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
preferred; Associate degree (HVAC, MET, EET) with 2+ years of experience also
considered.
• Experience with DCS, PLC, HMI, and/or DDC systems; knowledge of platforms such as
Emerson DeltaV, Wonderware, or Rockwell is a plus.
• Familiarity with communication protocols including Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
(serial/TCP).
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and system drawings.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working near high-voltage electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules based on customer/project needs
