Position Summary:

The Temporary Post Market Specialist (PMS) will support complaint investigations through data collection activities, ensuring content accuracy, maintenance of quality records, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Daily Responsibilities

The temporary position will provide support for post market surveillance, including, but not limited to:

Complaint Handling (85%)

• Receipt and intake of complaints complaint into the complaint handling system.
• Review of complaint records for accuracy and content, ensuring correct and complete information.
• Communicate with customers for information or follow up.
• Support investigations through data and record collection.

·         Summarize investigations and trend analysis as part of the complaint record

Process Improvement (10%)

• Collaborate with responsible personnel to support updates to Quality System Documents, including procedures, work instructions and forms.

Other Duties (5%)

·         Perform other tasks or assignments as directed by management.

Required Skills:

·         Strong personal commitment to quality, customer service, and patient safety.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.

·         Good understanding of how Quality Management Systems (QMS) work in regulated environments.

·         Understanding of, or ability to grasp medical terminology and equipment.

·         Requires computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Quality Management Software preferred.

·         Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
