Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise on-site installations of BMS control systems (including panels,
controllers, sensors, actuators, and wiring).
• Interpret and execute project documentation such as control drawings, P&IDs, wiring
diagrams, I/O schedules, and sequences of operation.
• Coordinate effectively with MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and life safety trades to
ensure system integration.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including loop testing, equipment calibration, and
system commissioning.
• Manage project logistics: material deliveries, safety compliance, and accurate field
documentation.
• Assign and direct tasks for field engineers and subcontractors, maintaining high
productivity and workmanship standards.
• Facilitate daily site meetings, resolve project-related issues, and adjust schedules to meet
project milestones.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, contractors, and internal project teams.

Qualifications
• Associate degree in HVAC, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
(Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred). Equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor role, with strong experience in controls system
installation—preferably within mission-critical or data center environments.
• Proficient with PLCs, HMIs, and DDC systems; exposure to platforms like Wonderware,
Rockwell, or DeltaV is a plus.
• Familiar with network protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet, and mechanical
systems like chillers, air handlers, and pumps.
• Strong leadership, communication, and on-the-ground problem-solving skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working safely near high-voltage electrical systems.
• Open to travel and/or temporary relocation based on project assignments.
• Must be eligible to obtain government security clearance (Secret level or higher).
