The Account Production Manager - Maintenance plays a pivotal dual role: account management and production oversight. You’ll serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of client properties, ensuring service contracts are fulfilled with excellence — and profitability. At the same time, you’ll manage day-to-day field operations, from crew performance to scheduling and safety compliance. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, customer focus, and leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities
•Conduct weekly property inspections and create detailed worklists for crews.
•Oversee service execution to ensure it aligns with contract specifications and companystandards.
•Communicate regularly with clients — weekly when possible, but never less than monthly.
•Develop and manage crew work schedules and labor allocation to stay within budgetedhours and costs.
•Monitor and drive ancillary sales (enhancements) with a target of 25% of base contractvalue.
•Supervise, train, and support field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
•Ensure all purchases follow internal processes (POs, inventory tracking, etc.).
•Maintain accurate records, including service logs, schedules, and performance metrics.
•Collaborate with upper management on strategic improvements and special projects.
•Own monthly performance metrics: profitability, client satisfaction, and retention
 
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in account or production management within maintenance, landscaping, or a similar service industry.
•Strong understanding of field operations, labor management, and quality control.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
•Sales mindset with the ability to identify, propose, and close enhancement opportunities.
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
