Position Overview
A major national healthcare enterprise is seeking a senior-level Global Process Owner for Record to Report (R2R). Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this strategic leader will standardize, optimize, and govern end-to-end financial accounting processes across the organization. This role requires an individual who can drive large-scale financial process design, ensure compliance, and lead corporate-wide financial transformations.
Key Responsibilities

Process Governance:Serve as the strategic architect and global owner for the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) workflow across all business units.

Executive Leadership:Partner directly with the COO and executive stakeholders to align financial operations with corporate growth objectives.

Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement best practices, automation opportunities, and standardization strategies to optimize accounting cycles.

Compliance & Control:Establish robust control frameworks and ensure all global processes comply with internal accounting policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Candidate Qualifications
Strict Requirements (Must-Haves):

Role Level:Senior-level corporate finance or accounting leadership experience.

Core Expertise:Deep subject matter expertise in Record to Report (R2R) processes, general ledger accounting, and corporate financial consolidation.

Work Authorization:Position requires immediate on-site attendance in Brentwood, TN; no visa sponsorship is supported.
