Our client is a growing healthcare company located in Bloomington, IL. They are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their team.  The LCSW will work with individuals and families to provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling services for a range of mental health and behavioral issues. The LCSW will also work with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for their clients. 

 

Job requirements:

● Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and adhering to ethical standards.

● Strong clinical assessment and diagnosis skills

● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' needs-- utilizing various therapeutic strategies and interventions.

● Provide individual, group, and family therapy to address mental health and behavioral issues.

● Provide immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing crises or emergencies.

● Coordinate and manage clients' care, including connecting them with necessary resources and services.

● Works with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

● Advocate for clients' rights and needs.

● Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

● Familiarity with local and regional resources for mental health and substance abuse treatment.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications/ Experience

● Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program

● Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois

● 3+ years of experience in clinical social work
