Risk Mitigation & Quality Oversight

Incident Management: Lead the tracking and resolution of high-risk case reviews and clinical incidents, ensuring all follow-up actions are documented and compliant with internal policies.

Operational Monitoring: Analyze caseload distribution, patient acuity, and staffing ratios to ensure the frequency of care aligns with both clinical requirements and regulatory mandates.
Strategic Operations & Reporting

Resource Optimization: Proactively forecast and manage the resources required to achieve departmental objectives with maximum efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Provide consistent, high-level progress reports to various stakeholders, detailing strategy shifts and project milestones.

Data Contribution: Serve as a key data provider for the Performance Improvement Team (PIT) to assist in organizational growth and quality tracking.

Relational Leadership: Maintain transparent, positive, and collaborative relationships across all levels of management and staff.

Workflow Excellence: Utilize advanced time management skills to balance core responsibilities with any additional high-priority tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, Human Services, or closely related field
- 3+ years of management experience in a clinical setting, required
- Must hold a valid license in a behavioral healthcare discipline
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
