Limited License Psychologist (LLP) – Full Time

Hybrid | $90,000–$100,000 + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Limited License Psychologist (LLP) to join our growing behavioral health team supporting adults in group home and foster care settings throughout Michigan. This is a full-time, hybrid role that blends in-person client evaluations with remote documentation and care coordination.

This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and community-based work.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments for adults in group home and foster care environments

• Develop treatment plans and behavioral interventions

• Provide individual and/or group therapy as clinically appropriate

• Collaborate with case managers, residential staff, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Travel locally to client residences to complete evaluations and services

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Psychology (Master’s or Doctoral level)

• Valid State of Michigan Limited License Psychologist (LLP)

• Current or prior experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs

• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to client homes

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$100,000 base salary
