Charge Entry Specialist
Full-time, temp to hire
Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm, M-F
$16-$17 per hour
Experience: 6 months to 1 year minimum in a medical office with billing experience and front desk experience.

What You'll Do:
- Enter charges accurately to support timely and clean claims
- Verify insurance and update patient information with attention to detail
- Provide outstanding phone support with professional etiquette
- Support front desk operations while maintaining patient flow
- Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
- Assist with basic billing and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation
What We're Looking For:
- 6 months to 1-year minimum experience in a medical office in billing and front desk setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Professional, positive attitude
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
