Practice Manager
Job Summary:
A family medicine office is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy family medicine office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality patient care, and strong team performance. This role combines administrative leadership with a patient-centered approach to support providers and staff in delivering excellent healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, staffing, billing, and patient flow

Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment

Oversee patient experience, ensuring timely communication, satisfaction, and quality of care

Handle budgeting, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain cost-effective operations

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations and standards

Collaborate with physicians and providers to implement office policies and meet performance goals
Qualifications:

3+ years of medical office management experience, preferably in a family medicine or primary care setting

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of medical billing, electronic health records (EHR), and insurance verification
