Job Overview:
A metal fabrication and machining manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process optimization, production workflows, equipment improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for machining and fabrication.

• Conduct time studies and optimize labor/material flow.

• Implement Lean, Kaizen, and waste-reduction initiatives.

• Support tooling design, fixture development, and process documentation.

• Work cross-functionally with maintenance, production, and quality teams.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer.

• Background in machining, fabrication, or high-volume manufacturing.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CAD software.

• Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies.
