Job Overview:

A growing precision machining company is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist for our 1st shift team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce tight-tolerance components for aerospace, industrial, or medical customers. Strong blueprint reading skills and a commitment to quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to run a variety of production parts.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T requirements.

• Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Perform offsets, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with routine preventative maintenance.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure on-time production.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC lathe machining experience.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents.

• Proficient in measuring tools and inspection techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
