Job Overview:

A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC milling or turning equipment, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and the ability to maintain consistent quality during production runs. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working independently while supporting overall workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC milling or turning machines for daily production tasks.

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and GD&T requirements.

• Inspect machined components to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and routine adjustments as needed.

• Monitor equipment performance and assist with basic preventative maintenance activities.

• Work collaboratively with team members to support continuous improvement and production goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.

• Strong ability to read technical drawings and utilize precision measurement tools.

• Familiarity with Fanuc or similar control systems.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
