Location: Dayton, OH

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to support automation projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will design, program, troubleshoot, and commission PLC-based automated systems for production lines and custom machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program PLCs, HMIs, and robots (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc).

• Commission new equipment and support plant automation projects.

• Troubleshoot control systems, networks, sensors, servos, and VFDs.

• Develop electrical schematics and documentation.

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of PLC and automation programming experience.

• Strong proficiency with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.

• Experience commissioning automated manufacturing equipment.

• Knowledge of robotics integration (Fanuc preferred).

• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
