Location: West Chester, OH

Job Overview:

A precision machining company is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer to support complex part production for aerospace, defense, and industrial customers. This role focuses on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling programs using Mastercam and requires strong machining fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit CNC programs for complex mill operations.

• Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for optimal machining performance.

• Support setups and prove-outs on the shop floor as needed.

• Read blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications.

• Optimize toolpaths to reduce cycle times and improve repeatability.

• Assist machinists with troubleshooting and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience (Mastercam preferred).

• Strong understanding of multi-axis machining and workholding.

• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret GD&T.

• Experience in aerospace or precision contract manufacturing is a plus.
