Job Overview:

A machining-focused manufacturer is looking for a CNC Lathe Operator to support evening shift operations. Candidates should be comfortable with setup, operation, and inspection of precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes for production runs.

• Perform offsets, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.

• Read and interpret blueprints and quality requirements.

• Inspect parts using standard precision measurement tools.

• Maintain equipment and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience operating CNC lathes.

• Familiarity with Fanuc controls or similar.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
