About the Opportunity

Become a key talent ambassador for a respected healthcare organization in Northern Palm Beach County. We are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring, engage qualified talent, and partner with operational leaders to build exceptional teams.

Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Accomplished recruiters from other industries will also be considered with at least five years of full-cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and facilitate candidate debriefs.
• Proactively source candidates through professional networks, social media, cold outreach, referrals, and talent pipelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Track recruiting activity and key metrics, including time to fill, vacancy rates, turnover trends, and pipeline effectiveness.
• Represent the organization at recruiting events and help enhance the candidate and hiring-manager experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred; or at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in another industry.
• Demonstrated experience with direct sourcing, cold outreach, candidate engagement, and professional networking.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
• Strong experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, HR Management, a clinical discipline, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
