Sabio Systems is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Recruitment & HR Specialist for an exciting opportunity with a growing, innovative organization in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, human resources administration, employee onboarding, benefits coordination, and employment law compliance. This individual will play a key role in supporting the organization's hiring initiatives while fostering a positive, professional, and productive workplace environment. Responsibilities For Recruitment & HR Specialist:

• Manage and coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions

• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently

• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and responding to employee inquiries

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and applicable government program requirements

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related questions, policies, and procedures

• Partner with management to identify employee training and development needs and coordinate appropriate initiatives

• Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, company events, and activities that promote a positive workplace culture

• Support organizational HR initiatives and assist with improving recruitment and employee-related processes

• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and organizational information

• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support changing workforce and business needs

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in recruitment and hiring

• Strong understanding of HR principles, employment practices, and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws

• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and general human resources functions

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and management at all levels

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems
