We are seeking a reliable and personable Construction Evaluator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for traveling to residential job sites to take measurements, capture photos, and complete a standardized evaluation form. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys meeting with homeowners, can work independently, and is comfortable with local travel outside of Albuquerque for day trips. Overnight travel is very rare.

Responsibilities For Construction Evaluator:

Visit homes to assess and measure project areas
Take clear and detailed photos of the job site
Accurately complete evaluation forms for internal use
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with homeowners
Communicate findings to the office team
Travel locally as needed (mileage reimbursement available)

Qualifications For Construction Evaluator:

Friendly, customer-oriented personality
Comfortable interacting with homeowners and answering basic questions
Ability to travel for day trips outside of Albuquerque
Dependable and organized with attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in construction, home inspections, remodeling, or related field is a plus
Basic knowledge of measuring tools and smartphones/tablets

Compensation For Construction Evaluator:

$20 Hourly
