Physical Therapist – Outpatient Care Setting

This position is open in multiple California locations, including Burbank, Encino, and Hollywood.

This position is for a licensed Physical Therapist providing care in an outpatient clinical environment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services that support patient recovery, functional improvement, and long-term mobility. The Physical Therapist is responsible for maintaining clinical excellence while contributing to effective service delivery and positive patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services based on evaluated patient needs and established treatment plans
• Ensure clinical services are provided in alignment with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and support appropriate billing practices
• Build positive relationships with patients to support engagement, education, and adherence to therapy plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Contribute to the overall quality, effectiveness, and sustainability of rehabilitative services
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for service improvement and program growth
• Maintain consistent attendance and professional conduct

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy educational program
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the applicable state of practice
• Demonstrated clinical competency consistent with professional standards
• CPR certification preferred
• Ability to meet attendance, documentation, and patient care expectations
