This position is open in multiple California locations, including Burbank, Encino, and Hollywood.
This position is for a licensed Physical Therapist providing care in an outpatient clinical environment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services that support patient recovery, functional improvement, and long-term mobility. The Physical Therapist is responsible for maintaining clinical excellence while contributing to effective service delivery and positive patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized physical therapy services based on evaluated patient needs and established treatment plans
- Ensure clinical services are provided in alignment with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and support appropriate billing practices
- Build positive relationships with patients to support engagement, education, and adherence to therapy plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Contribute to the overall quality, effectiveness, and sustainability of rehabilitative services
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for service improvement and program growth
- Maintain consistent attendance and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy educational program
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the applicable state of practice
- Demonstrated clinical competency consistent with professional standards
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to meet attendance, documentation, and patient care expectations
