Sr. Associate Team Coordinator (Product Development)
Bloomington, MN




Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve the Product Development staff of administrative details.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Act as a department liaison; distribute appropriate information to, and continually communicate and follow up with staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings in Outlook/MS Teams related to the software development lifecycle.
  • Take notes, distribute action items post meetings, follow-up with action item owners.
  • Correlate output of individual team retrospectives and planning meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams or with clients.
  • Coordinate team activities – team building outings, celebrations, annual meetings
  • Assists in performing specialized administrative duties related to the department – including administrative work (inputting data, verifying accuracy, and producing reports) in MS Office applications, Jira or other project management tools, and internal products.
  • Performs general office duties: processes mail, ships materials, duplicates, and faxes documents; coordinates with Administrative/Facilities teams to order orders supplies and equipment; arranges for equipment repair.
  • Maintains and processes Director expense reports.
  • Serves as point of contact for internal and/or external guests while providing excellent customer service.


  • 2+ years office administration experience
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 – Excel, Outlook, Word, MS Teams, OneDrive
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving, writing, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • Proven ability to learn and carry out general instructions
  • Demonstrates good judgement with an approachable and positive attitude


  • Working experience with a software development team
  • Experience with Jira
