Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance 5 yrs in a leadership role Deep understanding of dealership operations and industry best practices. Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Strong knowledge of GAAP and relevant regulatory compliance. Proficiency with dealership mgt. systems (DMS) and accounting software. Directing the financial department, responsible for all accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance.   Prefer CPA or MBA
