Job Description

  • Draft and revise legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage attorney calendars and coordinate schedules.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing and maintaining records.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
  • Perform other legal and administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
