Paralegal
Talent Solutions Partners is conducting a search on behalf of a leading organization within the HVAC manufacturing space. Our client is seeking a skilled and commercially minded Corporate Paralegal to support multiple business units within a growing industrial platform.
This is a highly visible role supporting commercial sales operations, contract lifecycle management, and legal technology initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong contract expertise with operational awareness and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview
This role plays a critical part in contract review and negotiation, legal operations optimization, and technology deployment. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams to ensure legal alignment with business strategy while contributing to AI and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Contract & Commercial Support

Partner directly with internal stakeholders and external customers to align agreements with business and legal objectives

Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing agreements including sales contracts and NDAs

Support bid and proposal processes, including analysis of customer-submitted terms

Maintain and update master agreements, templates, terms and conditions matrices, and contract databases
Legal Technology & Process Improvement

Manage and optimize the organization’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system (Ironclad experience strongly valued)

Contribute to AI evaluation and deployment initiatives within legal operations

Support continuous improvement efforts and cross-functional legal projects
Administrative & Operational Support

Provide operational support to the Legal team including coordination of schedules and logistics

Partner with Corporate Risk as needed regarding bonding and insurance matters

Assist with documentation and legal workflow management
Qualifications
Required Experience
-
Minimum 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience

Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating contracts

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or similar commercial environments preferred
Preferred Competencies

Exposure to legal operations, compliance, or process improvement initiatives

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification strongly preferred
