Eminent Domain Litigation Associate
Responsibilities:

Represent clients in all phases of real estate and eminent domain litigation, from discovery to trial.

Manage law and motion practice, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, briefs, and related documents.

Develop case strategies, gather and organize evidence, interview witnesses, and take or defend depositions.

Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to deliver effective representation.

Contribute to the firm’s growth and uphold its reputation for quality and professionalism.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active California Bar membership in good standing.

3–7 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on eminent domain, real estate, or public entity land acquisition.

Substantive experience with law and motion practice required.

Excellent research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a high level of professionalism and initiative.
