Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all phases of real estate and eminent domain litigation, from discovery to trial.

  • Manage law and motion practice, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

  • Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, briefs, and related documents.

  • Develop case strategies, gather and organize evidence, interview witnesses, and take or defend depositions.

  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to deliver effective representation.

  • Contribute to the firm’s growth and uphold its reputation for quality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

  • Active California Bar membership in good standing.

  • 3–7 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on eminent domain, real estate, or public entity land acquisition.

  • Substantive experience with law and motion practice required.

  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a high level of professionalism and initiative.
