eCommerce & Business Operations Manager
Location: Lenexa, KS
Work Arrangement: On-Site / Full-Time
About the Opportunity
Talent Solutions Partners is partnering with a growing consumer electronics company to identify an eCommerce & Business Operations Manager to help manage the day-to-day infrastructure behind its global eCommerce business.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning a broad range of responsibilities, solving operational problems, learning new technology, and creating processes that allow a growing business to remain efficient and scalable.
Working closely with the company's founders, this individual will serve as a central point of coordination across eCommerce operations, inventory and fulfillment, customer service, accounting workflows, compliance, outside service providers, and business systems.
The ideal candidate does not need experience with every platform currently used by the company. More important is the ability to quickly learn new systems, understand how different functions connect, and take ownership of getting things done accurately and efficiently.

Approximately 4–8+ years of experience in business operations, eCommerce operations, DTC operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or a related environment.
-
Experience working within an eCommerce, consumer products, retail, or similarly fast-moving business strongly preferred.
-
Working knowledge of Shopify and/or major online marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central.
-
Exposure to inventory management, order fulfillment, 3PL relationships, logistics, or supply-chain operations.

Comfortable working with accounting transactions, reconciliations, invoices, payments, or financial-operational data.

Strong Excel skills and comfort analyzing basic sales, inventory, and forecasting information.

Demonstrated ability to learn and administer multiple software platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of unfamiliar problems.

Experience within an entrepreneurial, founder-led, or rapidly evolving organization is a plus.
Technology Environment
The company currently utilizes platforms including Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Finaloop, Help Scout, Statusbrew, Justworks, Zapier, and ClickUp.
Direct experience with every platform is not required. Candidates should demonstrate the technical aptitude and curiosity necessary to quickly learn new systems.
The Right Person
This role is particularly well suited for someone who enjoys being a business operations generalist.
You may have started your career in eCommerce, supply chain, customer operations, logistics, or business operations and gradually became the person others relied on to solve problems across functions.
You enjoy figuring out how things work, improving inefficient processes, learning new technology, and making sure important details don't fall through the cracks.
This is not a traditional corporate management role. It is an opportunity to become a highly trusted operational partner within a growing business and have a direct impact on how the company operates and scales.
