The Production Supervisor is responsible for organizing, directing, and overseeing daily operations on the processing floor to ensure production schedules are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. This role provides leadership to hourly production employees and ensures all assignments are executed in alignment with company expectations regarding food safety, plant safety, quality, productivity, and cleanliness.
The ideal candidate brings progressive supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment and demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Progressive supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; or 3–5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives or product development efforts.
- Experience developing and implementing employee training programs.
- Demonstrated success in increasing employee engagement or resolving labor-related challenges.
