The Senior Associate, Investor Reporting is responsible for overseeing the monthly investor reporting obligations for the firm's bridge loan portfolio, including CLO and REPO investments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, complete, and timely preparation and delivery of CREFC reporting, remittance reports, and other investor reporting packages, while maintaining strong controls and compliance with investor, trustee, and servicing requirements.

As a key member of the Investor Reporting team, the Senior Associate will support the continued growth of the platform by developing scalable reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement, and maintaining a high standard of accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence.

The role works closely with Servicing, Accounting, Treasury, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Technology teams to resolve reporting issues, maintain data integrity, reconcile financial information, and implement process enhancements.

The Senior Associate will also serve as the primary backup for the Life Insurance Investor Reporting function, providing cross-functional support to ensure business continuity and the timely completion of investor reporting obligations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate loan servicing, investor reporting, commercial mortgage accounting, or structured finance.
  • Strong understanding of commercial mortgage loan accounting and servicing, including general ledger reconciliation and balance discrepancy resolution.
  • Experience with CLO and/or CREFC reporting requirements strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with trustees and managing external reporting relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate finance, including a general understanding of commercial loan structures, property types, and real estate lenders.
  • Demonstrated ability to review complex financial and servicing data and identify discrepancies or reporting issues.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  • Experience identifying or implementing reporting automation and process improvements is highly desirable.
  • MBA and/or CCMS Level I or II certification is a plus
