Data Analytics Specialist | Automotive Industry
Seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist, to join the growing Product Quality & Engineering organization. This is a highly visible role supporting the launch and continuous improvement of next-generation electric vehicles.
As a key member of the Field Quality Analytics team, you will transform massive amounts of connected vehicle, customer, warranty, and operational data into actionable insights that improve vehicle quality, engineering performance, and customer satisfaction.
This role combines advanced analytics, AI, cloud technologies, and engineering collaboration to proactively identify emerging field concerns, perform root cause analysis, and develop predictive solutions that improve vehicle reliability before issues become widespread.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
- Computer Science
- Data Science
- Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Information Systems
- Analytics
- Mathematics
- Statistics
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering analytics, product quality, or technical field analysis.
- Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, warranty, or connected products.
- Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience preferred.
- Experience in EV, connected vehicle, IoT, or mobility industries is highly desirable.
- Candidates from aerospace, industrial manufacturing, heavy equipment, consumer electronics, medical devices, or other technical industries with strong data analytics experience will also be considered.
