The Client Solutions Director is a strategic, client-facing sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth across clinical trial services spanning Phases I–III. This individual serves as a key liaison between prospective clients and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between client needs and Total Trials’ scientific, operational, and delivery capabilities.
The role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, clinical research knowledge, and relationship-building expertise. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate the value of Total Trials’ services while developing long-term partnerships within the pharma, biotech, and research ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred)
- MBA, MPH, or advanced degree in a related discipline strongly preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in: Clinical research | Life sciences sales | Pharma, biotech, or CRO environments
- Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation within clinical trials or related services
- Experience working with or selling into contract research organizations (CROs), academic institutions, or healthcare organizations
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
- High level of organization, reliability, and self-motivation
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business plans
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, forecasts, and budgets
- Established relationships with oncology stakeholders
- Experience supporting oncology-focused clinical trial initiatives and account development
- Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle (Phases I–III)
This role will sit REMOTE with 60% Travel.
