Finance Business Partner | Technology Infrastructure

Seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner to support its Technology Infrastructure organization, which enables the company’s global payments processing and development capabilities.

This leader will partner closely with technology executives to develop financial plans, manage performance, optimize a large investment portfolio, and evaluate business opportunities. The position combines hands-on financial planning and analysis with strategic advisory responsibilities, technology cost management, and team leadership.

Reporting to the VP, Finance Business Partner, the Director will serve as a finance subject matter expert across short- and long-term planning, investment decisions, deal and contract management, pricing, and product financial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong technology finance experience: Demonstrated experience as a Finance Business Partner supporting a technology organization.
• Hands-on FP&A capabilities: Strong practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Large portfolio ownership: Proven responsibility for managing the financial performance, planning, and investment decisions of a large technology portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Oracle, and Hyperion.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience overseeing complex financial reporting and planning processes in a global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and drive projects through completion.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing finance professionals across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to build productive internal and external business relationships.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience advising stakeholders on financial risks and opportunities.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvement strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Executive presence and strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience partnering across functions within a matrix organization.
• Familiarity with Apptio and Agile IT methodology.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
