QUALIFICATIONS

 Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice law (or ability to become admitted) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
• Relevant experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Senior Associate Candidates:

• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise
• Experience managing matters and client relationships
• Business development experience or a portable book (preferred, not always required)
