Financial Analyst | Manufacturing

The Financial Analyst will provide critical accounting and analytical support, playing an integral role in the financial success of the organization. This individual will partner closely with operational leadership to analyze performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency across the facility.

This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong analytical capabilities, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Experience within corrugated, printing, packaging, or related industries is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, cost accounting, and operational finance
• Knowledge of general business management principles and internal financial controls
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP experience preferred)
• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
• Hands-on and proactive approach in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
• Strong business acumen and ownership mindset
