Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

Seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to support a firmwide initiative focused on building modern, scalable Power Platform–based applications for a Global Operations organization. This role will be instrumental in designing and delivering business applications that manage data lifecycles, automate workflows, and drive operational efficiency.

As part of the Workflow & Engineering Enablement team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders - including operations, engineering, and data teams - to translate business requirements into secure, high-performing Power Platform solutions that enhance productivity and deliver actionable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience developing custom applications using Power Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting and visualization.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Excel.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services and external systems.
• Familiarity with programming and data languages such as SQL and Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Azure Functions and CI/CD or DevOps practices.
• Exposure to enterprise governance, environment strategy, and Power Platform ALM.
• Experience working in large, global, or highly regulated environments.
