Fixed Income Settlements | Vice President

The Fixed Income Settlements Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing team supporting the end-to-end settlement of fixed income securities across multiple products and legal entities. This role provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction across daily settlement operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to a robust risk and control framework.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in fixed income trade lifecycle processes, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to operational excellence within a fast-paced capital markets environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7-10 years of experience in Capital Markets Operations, with a focus on Fixed Income Settlements
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Strong understanding of the fixed income trade lifecycle and settlement processes
• Hands-on experience with Impact/Broadridge settlement platforms
• Exposure to Broadridge, BNY, and RTTM systems preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under pressure
• Experience supporting high-volume trading environments within capital markets
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, or operational transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with regulatory and operational control frameworks within financial services
