This opportunity is designed for established producers with an active book of business, strong investor relationships, and a demonstrated ability to generate, structure, and close loans at high volume.

Ideal Candidate is an established originator and closer who already knows how to win investor business, structure deals, follow up consistently, and deliver funded production - and is ready to grow that business on a national platform.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven Private Lending / BPL origination experience.
• Strong DSCR lending experience and a deep understanding of investment-property financing.
• An existing, active book of business and established real estate investor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to self-source business and originate directly with borrowers.
• A documented history of high-volume funded production and successful closings.
• Strong deal-structuring skills and the ability to align financing solutions with investor objectives.
• A high-volume, phone-first sales approach with strong outbound prospecting and business-development skills.
• Persistent follow-up, effective objection handling, and strong closing ability.
• Disciplined CRM usage, pipeline management, and accountability for results.
• A competitive, entrepreneurial, persuasive, and resilient approach.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• $3 million or more in monthly funded production.
• Producers funding $4 million, $5 million, or more per month are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience originating Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Ground-Up Construction loans.
• An established referral network within the real estate investor community.
