Fixed Income Trade Support | Middle Office | Buy Side

We are seeking a Fixed Income Trade Support professional to join a collaborative buy-side middle office team supporting a broad range of fixed income products. This role offers direct exposure to global markets and the opportunity to work closely with Portfolio Managers, Prime Brokers, and internal teams across regions.

The position is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of deliverables, and is motivated to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will be part of a lean team with broad product coverage, including domestic, non-dollar, and emerging market bond products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–7 years of experience within a financial services firm, preferably in buy-side or institutional fixed income operations or middle office
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related business discipline
• Strong product and working knowledge of U.S. Treasuries and broader fixed income instruments
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with Portfolio Managers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement capabilities

This role will sit ONSITE out of Miami, FL
